Each ticket purchased constitutes a revocable licence to attend Winedrops Live Festival ("Event"). Banquist Ltd. trading as Winedrops ("Organiser") reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person without refund for non-compliance with these terms.

- While the organisers take all reasonable precautions, participants acknowledge that wine tasting involves inherent risks.
- Participants attend the event at their own risk and agree to hold the organisers harmless from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses.

- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Tickets may not be resold or transferred without express written permission
- Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced
- The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry for tickets purchased through unauthorised channels
- Your ticket will only be valid for the time slot purchased, please note that bars will close 30 mins before event end time for guests to begin exiting the venue.

- Disorderly or aggressive behaviour (attendees are reminded to drink responsibly for the duration of the event)

- The organiser reserves the right to conduct security pat down searches at their own discretion

8. Personal Belongings
- A limited amount of cloakroom space will be available at the event, we advise that you bring a light jacket and small bag incase the cloakroom in full.
- The organisers and venue are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the event or items checked into the cloakroom.

By attending the Event, you grant the Organiser permission to use photographs, video, and recordings taken at the Event for promotional purposes without compensation.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

12. Force Majeure
In the event of a "force majeure" event, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions, or civil unrest, the Organiser shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfil their obligations under this ticket sale agreement. This includes the cancellation or postponement of the Event.
